Full Job Description

About the Role

This role is responsible for overseeing operational staff and establishes development plans for the operational team to ensure the successful execution of cementing services and product services to customers.

This position will be fly-in, fly-out with the project in Bass Strait

Key Responsibilities

· Hires, trains and develops assigned operational staff, mentors, and manages development activities, including performance and competency assessments, and disciplinary activities as necessary

· Supervises employees engaged in the delivery of cementing services and products and ensuring follow the required HSE procedures

· Reviews job performance with the crew to identify opportunities for improvement

· Holds pre and post job safety meetings

· Reviews the dement job plan with the Technical Professional to assist the team in resolving the job execution problems

· Continue to evaluate the service quality of delivered services, including reviewing applicable performance metrics such as equipment maintenance compliance and equipment readiness and apply findings to improve HSE performance and utilisation of equipment and personnel

· Increase service efficiency and customer satisfaction

· Develop good customer relationships at the well site, providing operational expertise and solutions and following up on job performance to ensure customer satisfaction

Role Requirements

· Ability to communicate with team and customer

· Understand and demonstrate proficiency in the operation and maintenance of each type of equipment/ unit/tools

· Have 8+ years of previous experience

· Diploma or similar education

· Advanced knowledge of cement products and services, and able to maintain, check and operate all cementing equipment available and perform all cementing services applicable to the area.

· Intermediate SAP order to cash ( OTC) skills

· Able to work a physically active, hands-on role
