Cranbrook School is seeking an outstanding Graphic Designer to join our Senior School
team.
ABOUT THE POSITION
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and
Communications team on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and
Communications, this in-house role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver the school's
visual identity across a broad range of print and digital platforms.
This is an ideal position for a design professional who appreciates a collaborative, purpose-

ABOUT YOU
- Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years' professional design experience, ideally in an in-house or agency setting
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong working knowledge of digital design, including web and social media formats
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing polished, professional
work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage competing
priorities
- Experience in the education sector is desirable but not essential
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Design and produce a wide range of materials including prospectuses, newsletters, event
collateral, signage, and advertising
- Create and manage digital content for the school's website, social media channels, and
email communications
- Maintain and apply the school's brand guidelines consistently across all outputs
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising
quality
- Liaise with staff across the school to understand briefs and deliver effective design
solutions
- Manage relationships with external print and production suppliers
- A firm commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children [all job ads]
- A demonstrated understanding of child safety and appropriate behaviours when engaging

Experience with the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme would be
advantageous.
