About the RoleReporting directly to the Head Chef, you will play a pivotal role in the daytoday operations of the kitchen, leading by example and maintaining exceptional standards across food quality, presentation, and service. Key responsibilities:

Take a handson leadership role in daily kitchen operations
Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion control
Supervise, train, and mentor kitchen staff to support performance and development
Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
Assist with menu development, planning, and service execution

About You

Proven experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up
Calm, organised, and confident leadership style
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
High attention to detail and commitment to professional standards
Must have the Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
