As Doltone House continues to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and experienced Event Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships, represent a premium brand and turn enquiries into memorable experiences. Your main responsibilities:

Manage the venue’s sales pipeline and work to achieve monthly sales targets and objectives.
Conduct venue tours for prospective clients and address their needs leading up to the event.
Manage corporate and special event enquiries from new and existing clients via phone, email, on-site and off-site visits.
Develop initial event proposals and generate sales contracts for client approval.
Provide timely follow-up with detailed information and quotations on the same day of enquiry.
Assist in planning and coordinating trade shows and internal events, representing Doltone House with professionalism and expertise.
Support events on-site, manage bookings through CRM, handle invoicing and maintain accurate client records.
Collaborate closely with the Events team to ensure seamless execution and attention to client requirements.

What we are looking for!

Minimum 2 years’ experience in the event or hospitality industry, excelling in fast-paced, high-volume sales environments.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Skilled in preparing client proposals, managing budgets and drafting contracts.
Commitment to delivering high-quality results that exceed expectations.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills with confidence and influence.
Passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences.
