As our Enterprise Account Executive, you will partner with executive leadership at top ANZ banks and financial institutions to unlock the potential of Enterprise AI using Neo4j's industry-leading data intelligence platform.

What You'll Do

Grow the ANZ FSI Market: Lead strategic account planning and execution across a high-value portfolio of institutional tier-1 banks alongside high-growth greenfield financial prospects.
Drive High-Impact Sales Cycles: Execute value-based, consultative sales strategies (MEDDPICC) across C-level, Line-of-Business, and Chief Data/AI Officer stakeholders.
Land & Expand: Balance hunting new enterprise logos with driving workload expansion within established accounts—scaling adoption into new business units and high-value use cases.
Partner with Cloud Ecosystems: Co-sell and align strategic account plans with local hyperscaler ecosystems (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and Global Systems Integrators (GSIs).
Orchestrate High-Performance Squads: Align internal Pre-Sales Engineering, Field Marketing, and Customer Success resources to qualify, scope, and deliver impactful Proofs of Value (POVs).
Maintain Sales Rigor: Drive predictable forecasting and pipeline hygiene within Salesforce.com.

What You'll Bring

8+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a direct focus on selling complex data platforms, cloud infrastructure, analytics, or enterprise software into the ANZ financial sector (BFSI).
Proven Track Record: Consistent history of exceeding quotas and closing multi-year enterprise deals ($500k–$1M+ ACV) into major tier-1 banks and financial institutions.
Domain & Regulatory Acumen: Deep understanding of the ANZ financial landscape, including regulatory frameworks (APRA), compliance, data sovereignty, and key operational workloads (Fraud, AML, Risk, Customer 360).
Methodology Mastery: Expertise in structured sales frameworks (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message) navigating complex multi-stakeholder deals.
Network & Relationships: Strong existing relationships across C-suite executives, enterprise data architects, and line-of-business owners across ANZ financial services.

Preferred Experience

Experience selling modern cloud-native database platforms, distributed systems, analytics infrastructure, or AI/ML technologies.
Experience co-selling alongside public cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and major consulting partners in ANZ.
