About the role
The Senior Information Analyst is accountable to the Director, Community Strategy for providing specialised information management reporting services (statistical, analytical, and research support), including the creation and implementation of appropriate best practice dissemination processes for the CaFHS management reporting.
Key duties of the role
Manage databases and information systems, provide data analysis and advice, and support performance monitoring and reporting.
Develop data systems and analysis, contribute to CaFHS policies and practices, and build effective relationships and networks.
Support the development and implementation of systems, processes and strategies that promote continuous quality improvement and support effective business service delivery.
Support and actively participate in a positive culture and safe work environment
Skills and Experience
Proven experience in data collection, analysis, reporting and information management.
Experience using Power BI and SQL Server or equivalent database querying tools.
Experience in the preparation and presentation of complex reports, briefing papers, minutes and correspondence
Demonstrated experience developing reports, information systems, policies and business improvement strategies.
Sound working knowledge of data collection, information analysis and evaluation methodologies and data presentation techniques
