About the Role
NinjaOne is seeking an experienced, builder-minded sales leader to launch and lead our Enterprise Sales business across ANZ and Singapore.
This is a brand-new function in the region. You will be responsible for standing up the team, the motion, and the playbook from the ground up, rather than inheriting an established structure.
This is a rare opportunity for a senior enterprise sales leader to build a category-defining go-to-market motion in one of the fastest-growing regions for IT management and security software. You will lead the dedicated Enterprise BU across ANZ and Singapore, with direct leadership of Account Executives, SDRs, and Customer Success Managers.
This is a highly visible, high-ownership role suited to a senior leader who thrives on building from scratch: designing territory coverage, sales process, team structure, and operating cadence while personally driving pipeline and helping close complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
You will set the strategy, raise the execution standard, and establish NinjaOne as a serious enterprise contender across the region, while staying close to the customers and deals that matter most.
Location: North Sydney, Australia
Working model: Hybrid – 3 days in office
What You'll Be Doing
-
Build and lead the dedicated, end-to-end Enterprise BU across ANZ and Singapore, including Account Executives, SDRs, and Customer Success Managers.
-
Define and execute the enterprise go-to-market strategy across ANZ and Singapore, including territory coverage, segmentation, target-account prioritisation, and market development.
-
Partner closely with the APAC Channel organisation to identify partner-led and partner-influenced enterprise opportunities, build joint account strategies, and ensure clear rules of engagement between direct and channel motions.
-
Own new business generation as the region's primary growth driver, from pipeline creation through close.
-
Own the end-to-end enterprise customer lifecycle, from pipeline creation and acquisition through onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and advocacy, ensuring Sales and Customer Success operate as one integrated team.
-
Build a sustainable enterprise pipeline engine combining AE and SDR outbound, executive relationships, marketing programs, strategic partners, and targeted account-based activity.
-
Design repeatable sales processes, playbooks, and operating cadences suited to a new team and emerging enterprise motion.
-
Build and maintain a strategic target-account framework, identifying priority enterprise accounts, whitespace, key buying centres, and penetration strategies.
-
Coach AEs and SDRs on prospecting, account planning, deal strategy, multi-threading, executive engagement, and closing.
-
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles involving technical evaluation, security, procurement, legal, commercial negotiation, and executive alignment.
-
Partner closely with Customer Success to drive strong onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion, and long-term customer value.
-
Establish a rigorous enterprise operating cadence covering pipeline generation, deal inspection, forecast, account planning, conversion metrics, rep productivity, and business reviews.
-
Inspect pipeline and forecast with precision, building predictable revenue performance from a standing start.
-
Maintain strong commercial discipline across pricing, discounting, deal structure, and negotiation, balancing growth with long-term customer value.
-
Hire, onboard, coach, and develop high-performing enterprise sales talent as the team scales.
-
Participate directly in strategic deals, shaping account strategy, executive engagement, negotiation, and closing plans.
-
Partner cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, global sales leadership, and other internal stakeholders to win and scale.
-
Feed customer, competitive, and market insights back into leadership to help shape NinjaOne's broader enterprise strategy.

-
Comfortable operating as both a leader and individual contributor during the build phase, personally opening doors, engaging C-level stakeholders, and helping close lighthouse accounts.
-
Demonstrated experience helping a technology company move upmarket, establish credibility with enterprise buyers, and increase deal size and account complexity.
-
Experience selling enterprise technology to CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT Operations, Infrastructure, Endpoint, and other senior technology stakeholders.
-
Experience working with MSPs, systems integrators, resellers, distributors, or other channel partners is highly desirable.
