The Team
As Australia enters a period of unprecedented infrastructure investment, energy transition, industrial development and fiscal reform, we are expanding our Infrastructure & Capital Projects Advisory practice and are seeking exceptional Senior Managers and Directors to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to work alongside market-leading infrastructure advisors and industry leaders on some of Australia's most significant transport, energy, social infrastructure, defence, water and industrial projects.
Unlike traditional consulting firms, A&M empowers senior professionals to act as entrepreneurs, trusted advisors and business builders — combining deep technical expertise with commercial leadership and tangible client impact. Our work spans the full infrastructure lifecycle, including investment strategy and business cases, project financing, Public Private Partnerships (PPPs), alternative financing and delivery models, commercial structuring and procurement, transaction management, capital allocation, infrastructure reform and major project governance.
