This is an opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll work across a diverse customer base, solve complex technical challenges and continue developing your skills across Microsoft technologies, networking and cloud infrastructure.

The Opportunity:

As a Level 2 Support Engineer, you'll provide advanced technical support across a broad range of technologies, resolving escalated incidents while mentoring Level 1 Engineers and contributing to service improvements.

You'll enjoy a varied role where no two days are the same, working with modern technologies and building strong relationships with customers.

What You'll Be Doing:

Provide Level 2 technical support across Microsoft 365, Windows, networking and infrastructure environments.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Escalate and coordinate issues with senior engineers where required.
Mentor and support Level 1 Engineers.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and knowledge articles.
Monitor customer environments and proactively identify issues.
Assist with infrastructure projects and technology deployments.
Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting service level agreements.

About You:

3+ years' experience in IT support, including Level 2 support within a consulting or similar environment.
Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience.
Experience supporting Windows environments, networking and infrastructure.
Exposure to technologies such as Microsoft Intune, Teams, Azure, networking highly regarded.
Excellent troubleshooting and customer communication skills.
A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for technology and continuous learning.
