Start Date: January 2027

Your first year shouldn’t feel overwhelming! Our Graduate Program at Allied Kids Therapy pairs you with mentors, structured learning, and a collaborative team to help you build skills that last well beyond your first year.

Three-week induction with no client load: Start your first three weeks without a client load, giving you time to learn the ropes and feel confident before taking on your own caseload.
Gradual start, maximum support: We know your first year matters. That’s why we reduce your KPIs to 15 billable hours per week for the first 12 weeks, so you can focus on learning, shadowing, and settling in while our team supports you every step of the way.
Flexibility: We believe in giving you ownership of your schedule, letting you choose when to work from home and how to structure your hours and visits each week.
Clinical Development: Access regular supervision, tailored monthly CPD programs, an individual $2,000 annual PD budget, and 1 paid study day each year to support your career growth.

Hanen – More Than Words: Social communication strategies for children and their parents
Sounds-Write: Evidence-based literacy intervention
SOS Approach to Feeding: Advanced feeding therapy skills (after prerequisites are met)

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

Full-time Speech Pathologist with relevant degree (graduating in 2026 or January 2027)
Clinicians who are passionate about working with a predominantly paediatric community caseload
A full driving license and access to a car is required
