About the role

The main priority of our casual Administration Support is to provide short-term effective and efficient customer focused administration/secretarial duties at various locations across Barwon Health.

Key responsibilities

Provide high-quality administrative and reception support, including accurate data entry, record keeping, filing, mail processing, call management and day-to-day clerical tasks.
Deliver professional, customer-focused service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to enquiries, resolving issues where appropriate and escalating matters when required.
Maintain accurate and secure information, ensuring patient and organisational records are appropriately documented, managed and released in accordance with legislation, policies and information security requirements.
Contribute to a safe, effective and collaborative workplace, supporting team priorities, quality improvement activities, OHS requirements, mandatory training and other duties as directed by the Manager.

What we’re looking for

Experience in Reception / Customer Service / Clerical / Administrative / Data entry or Internal customer service environments
Intermediate computer literacy and skill, including the proficient use of the Internet, Word, Excel etc. where relevant
Outlook and diary management experience
Excellent record keeping standards
Excellent verbal and written communication
