Diagnostic Psychological Assessment Library and Equipment, coupled with training and supervision. We have tests available to meet registration requirements and further training, such as the gold-standard Autism Assessments.

Paid facilitator programs for the right people
Supervision: Primary, Secondary, Internal and External supervision for general Psychology registrants, National Psychology Exam groups, and professional supervision

Subcontractor Opportunities for Psychologists with Full Registration and an ABN
Paid employee roles for experienced Provisional Psychologists who are registered with APRAH

expectations

Passion and or genuine interest in working in the disabilities sector
All registration requirements met for your current career level
Proficient report writing skills
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Case formulation and treatment planning skills
Proficiency with individual, group and family therapies
Parent and Carer skill training
Psychometric assessment training and experience
Experience working with children, adolescents and their families
Experience or passion for working with individuals living with a disability
Ability to communicate within a multidisciplinary team
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Experience in the use of evidence based interventions
Eligible to be registered with APHRA, and Medicare and have public indemnity insurance
Collaborate with fellow team members and other work groups to deliver routine mental health services
Participate in the development of discipline specific treatment programmes for consumers with specific diagnoses
Apply increasingly independent clinical judgement and evidence-based practice under clinical practice supervision
Work collaboratively with non-government and other government agencies to provide appropriate health services for people who live with disabilities

Occupational Therapist

As an Occupational Therapist, y0u will be responsible for:

Experience in providing occupational therapeutic support to people of all ages living with disabilities.

Communication excellence is the Ability to effectively communicate within a multidisciplinary team, across multiple stakeholders, and with clients and their families.

The Ability to adapt therapeutic interventions and assessment approaches for individuals living with disabilities.

Excellent report writing skills and proven accountability to meet report deadlines, including reporting to the NDIS.

Demonstrated experience in adapting therapeutic interventions and assessment approaches for individuals living with disabilities.

Ability to work Face to face, via telehealth or video health.

Capacity to work from home, if required.

Demonstrated experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting to provide assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic services.

A qualification in Occupational Therapy and the Ability to have Full APRAH Registration.

ABN for contractor/sole trade work (if required).

Police check and Working with Children check.

Appropriate Level of insurance.

Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against and remain vaccinated against - Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Pertussis (Whooping Cough), Hepatitis B and COVID 19.

Working reliable vehicle. Drivers; licence, appropriate insurance and willingness to complete in-home visits if required.

Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed.
