Full Job Description

WMS Tax and Advisory is one of the Gold Coast’s largest and most prestigious accounting firms operating out of The Rocket in Robina. With 6 partners and over 70 staff, we leverage our collective experience to deliver solutions that inspire confidence.

About the role:

You will work in one of our tax and advisory teams across the full suite of work for a diverse range of clients.

About you:

You are a degree qualified accountant with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a public practice tax and advisory role and have finished or nearly finished your CA/CPA certification.

You are technically skilled at:

Tax compliance work for a range of entities.
Preparing financial statements for a range of entities.
Identifying Div 7A, CGT and FBT issues.
Identifying GST issues.
Managing BAS preparations and lodgments.

You know how to manage your time, work independently, have superior attention to detail, and can communicate professionally.
