About the Role:

Your primary responsibility is to help clients achieve their desired outcomes by delivering tailored payment solutions. As a proactive and customer-focused professional, you will build strong client relationships, resolve issues, and act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams. Your goal is to ensure a seamless customer experience while driving customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.

Customer onboarding & Compliance: Support the onboarding of new clients by facilitating a seamless onboarding experience and assisting with KYC/AML requirements, including collecting and reviewing customer documentation.
Payment Operations: Process domestic and international payments accurately and efficiently while supporting day-to day payment operations.

Customer Support: Respond to inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels, providing timely and professional support.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
Customer Insights: Gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve products, services and the overall customer experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Liaise with compliance, Business Analysts and other internal stakeholders to ensure customer needs are addressed and client feedback is incorporated into product and service improvements.

About You

Experience in the payments, FX, or fintech industry is highly regarded but not essential-we value a positive attitude and willingness to learn just as much.
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple competing deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage customers clearly and confidently.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related filed.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable.
