Full Job Description

Providing service and maintenance to customers inside the Melbourne metropolitan and regional areas.

Backed by over 70 years experience, STULZ is a global provider of innovative data centre cooling solutions and services for mission critical facilities such as; computer rooms, data centres, medical and industrial applications. Our equipment is developed and manufactured in Germany to the very highest standards of quality and includes traditional room cooling, high-density cooling, chillers, air handling units with adiabatic cooling and modular data centres.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Carry out preventative maintenance work and attend to service callouts and repairs.
Install & commissioning of Stulz equipment within critical environments.
Ensure that all service calls, preventative maintenance and repair work is carried out to highest possible standard and to the client‘s expectations and satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Ensure service and preventative maintenance reports are fully complete and processed promptly.
Regular communication with office staff for coordination of work.
Perform work in a safe manner according to WHS requirements.

Skills and experience required:

Minimum 5 years’ industry experience
Experience in critical commercial environments will be highly regarded.
Full Refrigeration and Air conditioning qualifications.
Licenses and certifications as required by Victorian or national legislation
Drivers licence
