Concord West Pharmacy | Monday–Wednesday | Potential for Full-Time

Are you a pharmacy assistant who wants to do more than just fill shelves and serve at the counter?

We’re looking for a motivated, friendly and proactive pharmacy assistant who wants to be part of our team, build genuine relationships with our customers, contribute ideas and help our community pharmacy grow.

About Us

Concord West Pharmacy is an independent, boutique-style community pharmacy. We know our customers, value our community and take pride in providing personal, quality service.

Because we’re a small team, everyone makes a difference.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Is friendly, approachable and genuinely enjoys helping people
Has initiative and sees what needs doing without always being asked
Takes pride in their work and has a strong work ethic
Is organised, reliable and willing to learn
Enjoys working as part of a small team but can also work independently
Is confident communicating with customers and healthcare professionals
Wants to contribute ideas and take on responsibility
Is looking to grow with a business, not simply work in one

Attitude, initiative and work ethic are just as important to us as experience.

-A Role With Variety

Alongside the usual pharmacy assistant responsibilities, you’ll have the opportunity to be involved in:

Supporting the dispensary and pharmacy services
Building relationships with our customers and local community
Supporting pharmacists with offsite vaccination clinics and health events
Communicating with doctors and other healthcare professionals
Working with suppliers, wholesalers and stock management
Contributing ideas for promotions, services and business improvements
Helping us develop and grow the pharmacy

The Role

Monday–Wednesday, with potential for additional hours and full-time work for the right person as we continue to grow.

Previous pharmacy experience is preferred, but we’re more interested in finding the right person than the longest résumé.
