Role: Administration Assistant

Location: Chadstone, VIC 3148 and Parkdale VIC 3194

Centre: Goodstart Chadstone and Goodstart Parkdale

Employment Type: Part-time (16 hours a week), Permanent

Pay: Up to $39.34 p/h + Super

Provide a warm welcome to children and families while supporting your centre team

In this role, you will:

Support the Centre Director to prioritise and build the centre’s attendance pipeline
Deliver a high standard of customer service, including responding to enquiries in a friendly and professional manner
Perform key business administration tasks
Build and maintain strong relationships with families

This unique part-time opportunity offers 16 hours per week, with 8 hours based at each centre, making it a fantastic role for someone who enjoys variety, building relationships, and being at the heart of a thriving early learning community.

As the face of our centres, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience for every family, child and visitor who walks through our doors. From greeting families during busy morning drop-offs to supporting parents at afternoon pick-up, you'll be one of the first and most important connections families make with Goodstart.

This is more than an administration role. It's an opportunity to make a genuine impact on children's and families' daily experiences by creating a warm, professional and supportive environment.
