The role

The Bays West Delivery Authority is charged with creating Sydney’s newest precinct, a thriving, connected, sustainable hub with White Bay Power Station as its cultural heart. Its vision is to build on the area’s natural cultural and industrial history to shape a vibrant neighbourhood combining new housing with public open space and opening access to the waterfront for the first time in more than 100 years.

Behind this transformation sits a fast-paced executive environment, where strong coordination and communication are essential, and that’s where this role comes in.

As an Executive & Project Coordinator, you will provide high-level executive, administrative and project support, managing priorities, coordinating communications and reporting and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day team operations. From diary and workflow management to preparing briefings and supporting key decisions, you’ll help create the structure that allows leaders to focus on delivering outcomes.

This role is perfect for you, if you thrive on organisation and momentum. This project requires someone who is enthusiastic, can anticipate needs, manage competing priorities and build strong relationships across teams. Your contribution will directly support the leadership driving this major project in delivering real value to the community.

What you will bring to the role

Key knowledge and experience

Experience providing high-level executive, secretarial, administrative and project support services to senior executives in a fast paced environment with NSW Government experience highly regarded
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong eye for detail
Extensive experience using electronic records management systems with a strong understanding of records management policy and associated standards
