About the role
As the HR Customer Service Support Officer, you deliver a range of transactional and routine HR services and customer support to staff across the Department relating to payroll and leave matters. Your responsibilities include:
- Responding to general enquiries in a clear, accurate and timely manner
- Identifying and escalating complex issues or request to senior staff as required
- Supporting accurate data management, record -keeping and reporting
- Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliant with department policies and procedures

- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
