Immediate start from design development through to all phases of running projects to completion.

These include:

Luxury single residences
Luxury townhouses
Apartment developments
Other projects coming up

We need someone who understands the intricacies of the process in putting together a high end and well thought out statement design residential project. Is this you?

Desired Skills and Experience

We need someone that can offer:

Experienced in overseeing a project through all stages from the design phase to contract admin
Leadership skills in directing project teams
Experienced in working with clients, consultants, authorities and builders
Focused on a high level of quality design driven detailing
A high level of skill in Revit working on various high end residential projects
4 years local experience in the industry
High level of design skills
High level of Australian construction knowledge
Australian planning knowledge
Advanced organisation skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Initiative
A self-motivated team player with positive attitude
