Your Role and Impact:
- Manage project resources, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful delivery of high-quality project outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and internal business units to ensure seamless integration of processes, technologies, and training.
- Coordinate Toowoomba-based staff operating across the region and support the remote management of staff delivering projects in Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and broader FIFO operations.
- Oversee workforce rostering, travel arrangements, and logistical planning for employees working on major project sites.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and technical guidance to survey staff to maintain accuracy, efficiency, and consistency in project delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities, ensuring clear, consistent communication.
- Manage the preparation of detailed job instructions and project requirements to support effective field and office operations.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Surveying; registration with the Surveyors Board of Queensland (or another state) highly regarded.
- 10+ years’ experience in range of surveying activities within the Surveying Industry.
- Proficient with range of surveying equipment, sound understanding of methodologies concerning surveying and competency in a range of surveying software packages
- Knowledge of Machine Control Systems and model generation is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
