CRM Specialist | Sydney | Fashion & Retail

Join a well-established Australian fashion retailer and take ownership of CRM across a premium womenswear brand. This is a hands-on role with genuine scope - you'll manage the full email program, shape the loyalty and retention strategy, and work across a collaborative marketing team in a business that genuinely invests in its people.

The opportunity: A leading Australian fashion group is looking for a CRM Specialist to develop and execute their omni-channel CRM strategy across two distinct brands. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you'll sit within a cross-functional team and touch everything from EDM scheduling and segmentation through to loyalty programs, database management and special projects.

What you'll be responsible for:

Developing and implementing a comprehensive omni-channel CRM strategy across both brands
Overseeing the full eDM calendar - weekly campaigns, promotions, events, store openings, loyalty and automated emails
Driving segmentation strategy and testing to optimise opens, revenue and engagement
Managing CRM databases and ensuring compliance with AU & NZ privacy laws
Owning reporting and analysis - weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual
Supporting loyalty program execution online and in-store, including terms, events and user journey improvements
Contributing to strategic projects including CRM re-platforming and website optimisation
Collaborating with Brand, Digital, Retail and Customer Care teams

What you'll bring:

Solid experience in a CRM, EDM or retention marketing role - ideally within retail, fashion or e-commerce
Proficiency with a major ESP and a strong grasp of segmentation, automation and testing
Analytical mindset with experience reporting on email and CRM performance
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once
Comfortable working across both digital and retail environments
