Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present food to hotel standards while maintaining speed, quality, and consistency.
Follow all kitchen procedures, recipes, and hygiene requirements, ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
Minimise waste and use ingredients efficiently.
Support senior chefs across all sections, including cooking, baking, pastry, and butchery.
Maintain grooming standards and contribute to a professional, positive kitchen culture.
Work collaboratively with the wider service team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Respond to guest needs promptly and maintain strong product knowledge.
