Full Job Description

We have an Admin and Cert III Business Admin Traineeship position available. We are looking for 2 new team members to join our admin team. One trainee and one administration support person.

You will learn and grow on the job, and there will be a wide range of opportunities for you to branch out into other areas including health, fitness and wellness.

Daily duties would include but not be limited to:

Book appointments, generate invoices and process payments and receipts
Process service claims
Telephone liaison with clients
Data entry
General administrative duties

You will also take pride in cleanliness and contribute to the team that makes Synergy sparkle every day. Along with your strong work ethic and previous customer service experience you’ll also:

Have attention to detail
Be a natural problem solver, who loves to think outside the box
Demonstrate a passion for health, fitness and wellness
Be keen to continue to learn and grow
Have full time weekday availability (part time and casual applicants will be considered)
