About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Strategic Growth, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across your assigned territories, with a strong focus on enterprise and mid-market clients.
You’ll take ownership of the full sales lifecycle — from prospecting and pipeline development through to proposal delivery, negotiation, and successful deal closure. Working closely with internal operational, clinical, product and customer success teams, you’ll ensure a seamless onboarding experience and strong long-term client outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys strategic selling, building trusted relationships, and identifying opportunities to create genuine value for clients.
Key Responsibilities

Drive and achieve new business revenue targets across assigned territories
Build, manage and convert a high-quality sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM
Lead end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiations and contract execution
Develop and execute territory-based sales strategies aligned with national growth priorities
Engage and influence senior stakeholders including HR, HSE, Procurement and Executive leadership teams
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Clinical, Product and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored client solutions
Maintain strong client relationships post-sale to support retention and future growth opportunities
Represent ForHealth Group through networking, industry events and market engagement activities
Provide market insights and competitor intelligence to strengthen our value proposition and go-to-market strategy
Maintain high standards of professionalism, compliance, privacy and confidentiality

What Success Looks Like

Consistent outbound business development activity and pipeline generation
Strong conversion rates across the sales lifecycle
High-quality stakeholder engagement and relationship management
Accurate CRM management, forecasting and reporting discipline
Contribution to a collaborative, high-performing national sales culture

About You
You are a proactive and commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building relationships and delivering results. You bring strong business development capability, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to engage with senior decision-makers.

Skills required:

3+ years’ experience in business development, sales or account management within a B2B environment
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets
Experience managing complex sales cycles from prospecting through to negotiation and close
Strong commercial acumen including pricing, negotiations and contract discussions
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) for pipeline management and forecasting
Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across operational, clinical and product teams
Experience within occupational health or related industries will be highly regarded
Existing industry networks or referral channels are advantageous
Experience working with industries such as transport, logistics, mining, construction or corporate sectors is desirable
