About the Opportunity

We are currently seeking expressions of interest from experienced Fixed plant/Loader Operators with fixed plant experience who are local to Kalgoorlie, to join our team for current and future opportunities.

We’re offering full-time roles on a 5 days on, 5 nights on, 5 days off or 14 days on, 7 days off rosters. You’ll have the chance to grow your skills through on-site training and progress your career both on the tools and into leadership roles.

Key responsibilities:

Operating machinery such as Loaders, Skid Steers, and Telehandlers (with training provided to obtain Nationally Recognised Operating Tickets)
Performing inspections, hosing, and general housekeeping duties
Supporting trades during shutdowns and breakdowns

What is required:

Demonstrated safety commitment
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to carry out work instructions and directives to provide satisfactory outcomes
Ability to work within a team environment to achieve desired results
Flexible and versatile attitude
Experience operating forklifts, telehandlers, loaders, and bobcats (Desirable)
Experience in lithium, gold or copper processing operations.

Tickets & Licenses Required

Current Australian Driver's License
Construction Induction Card
Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing (desirable)
Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
