Albion Park Hotel kitchen has been recently taken over by Laundy Hotels and we're seeking a Chef with a passion for delivering excellent pub classics!
Albion Park Hotel or Park Pub as it is more commonly known by the locals, boasts two bar areas, an awesome TAB facility and 2 spacious beer gardens. The Park Pub is for everyone both young and the young at heart.

THE OPPORTUNITY
Reporting to the Head Chef at Albion Park Hotel, you are responsible for but not limited to:
- Preparing and producing dishes on the line with our highly efficient and harmonious kitchen team
- Maintaining high level kitchen standards and quality
- Support junior chefs in their training and development
- Assisting in achieving consistent GP and wage results
- Overseeing the food preparation, cooking and cleaning processes
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and health and safety regulations
- Assist in the efficient Kitchen operations
- Wage management, stock take and GP monitoring
