HospEquip is a privately owned company that is rapidly expanding into the Healthcare sector and is a leading supplier of equipment into the Hospital, Aged Care and Community Markets.

Due to our continued expansion, we are seeking a self-motivated, customer-focused person to join

You will be responsible for:

To support the state sales team and to meet existing hire and sales contract obligations, cross sell additional services and products and maintain strong customer relations to ensure service level satisfaction
Initiate, plan, monitor and execute Hospequip project activities in alignment with the business around product, process and systems improvements

The successful candidate must display the following qualities:

Strong verbal and written communications skills
Professional telephone manner and ability to liaise with clients
Ability to work well within a small team office environment
Data entry experience
Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Time management and organisation skills to effectively work without supervision to meet deadlines
The ability to appropriately manage employment and personal priorities

Experience required:

IT/Software skills and experience (Sap & SalesForce) Essential
Advanced excel skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with comprehensive experience in communicating, influencing and engaging cross functional teams
Completion of presentation and facilitation course
Sound knowledge of industry best practice
Experience in the management of stock, inventory and operations functions
Team player who is KPI and results driven

Desirable

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
Experience with SAP ERP systems
Sales experience or an understanding of the sales industry.
An understanding of the contribution and commercial impact required of this position
Technically sound with MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Proficiency in data entry
Current valid driver’s license.
