More than a job: a mission

We’re looking for a Project Administrator who is organised and proactive to provide efficient administrative and planning support to Project Managers and project team members, based in a CBD location. This role plays a key part in supporting the successful delivery of projects and business improvement initiatives across the organisation. You will act as a central point of coordination, ensuring project administration, documentation, and processes are managed accurately and efficiently in a fast‑paced project environment. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication — because they know what’s at stake: the journey home.

Your role, your impact

Providing day‑to‑day administrative and planning support to Project Managers.
Managing project correspondence, documentation, and reporting inputs.
Supporting project inductions, onboarding, and competency compliance for employees and subcontractors.
Coordinating invoicing, purchase requisitions (SAP), stock movements, and subcontractor timesheets.
Managing project office operations, including visitor reception, room bookings, and office supplies.
Acting as a key link between internal teams (HR, Finance, Project Teams) and external customers and suppliers.

You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across Altom — solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.

What you bring

You are a highly organised and proactive administrator with experience supporting projects in a fast‑paced environment. You take pride in accuracy, collaboration, and delivering results.

Several years’ experience in a project administration preferred or similar support role.
Strong administrative capability with excellent attention to detail.
Advanced IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Sound organisation, planning, and time‑management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to support multiple stakeholders.
A customer‑focused, action‑oriented mindset.
The ability to use initiative, solve problems, and make objective decisions within scope.
Resilience and professionalism in a demanding work environment.

Projects supported and delivered to plan.
Accurate, timely documentation and reporting.
Smooth onboarding and compliance management.
Efficient SAP, invoicing, stock, and timesheet processing.
A professional, well‑run project office.
Strong stakeholder relationships and teamwork focus.
