Amazon is continuing to grow across Australia, and we're expanding our Reliability, Maintenance & Engineering (RME) team with an opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor at our Horsley Park site.
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee maintenance operations, leading a team of up to 8 skilled technicians (fitters and electricians). You'll be hands-on, ensuring preventative and corrective maintenance programs are delivered safely and effectively in a fast-paced fulfilment environment.

Key job responsibilities
- Supervise and develop a team of maintenance technicians (fitters and electricians), delivering reliable and high-performing maintenance operations
- Own the preventative and corrective maintenance program — planning, scheduling, and executing to maximise equipment uptime
- Act as an ambassador for safety, monitoring processes and procedures to ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and Amazon's safety standards
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot complex facility systems and automated equipment, providing technical leadership to resolve issues fast
- Drive continuous improvement by adopting the latest technologies and identifying new, efficient ways of working
- Build strong relationships across organisational levels and collaborate with Operations teams to optimise site performance and efficiency
- A full Engineering Apprenticeship qualified to a minimum of Certificate III or equivalent in a relevant Engineering subject formally recognised in Australia including valid licence when required (i.e. unrestricted electrical licence).
- Leadership experience supervising multi-trade teams
- Experience working in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance
- Relevant experience in automation or material handling equipment environments
- Experience using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to plan proactive maintenance and record reactive tasks.
