Parlor Kitchen and Bar is seeking a strong CDP to start immediately, having relaunched in July 2025 we have developed a loyal following based on our housemade approach.
Recently having launch nights and with exciting plans for the kitchen now is an excellent time to join our team.
Set Hours ,
Wed & Thurs 7am -3pm
Friday & Saturday 5pm-9pm
Responsibilities include
- Setting up for service and executing menu to our high standars
- Following recipe cards to prep ready for services
- Work Closely With Head chef and Head Breakfast chef during services
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met (HACCP)
- Handle deliveries and ensure proper standard and storage of ingredients
- Contribute to our menu development and specials in lines with menu Brief
Skill & Requirements
- Proven experience as a CDP or Strong eager Commis Chef willing to step up
- Strong work ethic and base cooking techniques (Head Chef loves to teach)
- Ability to work in fast paced and high pressure environment
- Strong Organisational and time Management skills
- Understanding of Australian food safety standards
