Full Job Description

At Ashurst Reach we have seen consistent demand from Ashurst clients seeking commercial property lawyers in Sydney. If you are a commercial property lawyer with any of the following skills and you are a seasoned consultant/contract lawyer looking for a fresh approach, or a lawyer thinking of taking the leap to flex-working, get in touch with our Senior Talent Manager, Fiona Craig, to find out more.

Skills and Experience might include:

You are an experienced commercial property lawyer, with a broad practice including acquisitions and divestments, development and leasing
You have experience in securing, negotiating and documenting property rights (eg. land acquisition, easements, potential compulsory acquisitions)
You have experience dealing with landholders and titles
The ability to provide timely, commercial legal advice on complex real estate matters including leasing, development, construction, property management and other asset-related issues
You are experienced in managing and resolving legal issues, including engagement with tenants, contractors and other external stakeholders
You have the ability to build and manage strong working relationships with senior executives and other key internal stakeholders
You have the ability to work autonomously and prioritise
You have a minimum of 5 years' experience
You have a current practising certificate
You have the right to live and work in Australia
