About your service: St Paul's College, Gilles Plains
Hourly Rate: $43.48 Per Hour + 12% Super.
Additional payment of $4.13 per hour available under Worker Retention Payment Scheme.
After School Care: 2:35 pm to 6:10 pm
Hours: Monday to Friday.
Vacation Care: Flexible 38 Hours per week.
Travel: Work close to home.
Professional development sessions are paid training sessions, and Retention payments are above award.
Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
As our OSHC Service Coordinator you will:
Be the Visionary: You’re the boss of the service! You’ll plan and program epic science experiments, sports tournaments, fun educational activities and creative arts that kids actually want to do!
Safety First, Fun Always: Lead a safe, inclusive environment while every child feels like a rockstar.
Chef it up: Whip up healthy, tasty snacks that keep the energy levels high.
Champion Quality: Work with your Programs Engagement Manager on Assessment & Ratings with the full backing of our compliance experts at our unit TEG Compass.
The Community Connector: Ensure every stakeholder is heard and valued while building successful, integrated OSHC programs.
The Clockwork Catalyst: Manage the day-to-day "business" of the service, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
What You Bring to the Mix
The Qualification: You’ve got (or are studying toward) a Diploma, Bachelor’s, Masters in Early Childhood, Primary Teaching, or School Aged Care, Youth Work, Community Services, and more. Check with us if your qualification is approved!
The Vibe: You’re warm, engaging, and have a "can-do" attitude.
The Essentials: A valid Working With Children Check, Child Protection Training Certificate, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management (willingness to obtain).
