The role requires a creative Early Childhood Teacher to work as an active team member in providing high quality education and care. As you will be working full-time hours (38 per week) your annual salary will be between $88,584.08 (for a level 1 teacher) to $114,015.20 (for a level 4 teacher)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver engaging, play-based learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the community

Lead and mentor a team of educators to achieve excellence in practice

Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment

Regularly assess and document children’s development to inform learning strategies
About You:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Current First Aid & CPR certificates

Current Working with Children Check/ Working with Vulnerable People or Blue Card
-
A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous learning

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience in leading or mentoring teams is highly desirable
