Your responsibilities will include:
As LMA continues to expand its Australian portfolio, we are growing our team of talented Verification & Validation (V&V) Engineers. In this role, you will help shape and mature a modern, digitally enabled V&V environment supporting complex engineering projects and Integrated Product Teams across our Integrated Air and Missile Defence, Maritime, and Aeronautics portfolios.
You will play a key role in delivering incremental system verification for major Defence programs, ensuring quality, compliance, and confidence in engineering outcomes. Working within a collaborative, cross-functional team, you will plan, coordinate, and execute system-level test activities that underpin capability assurance.
Key responsibilities include:

Own key V&V artefacts including the V&V Plan, Verification Cross Reference Matrix (VCRM), and Acceptance Test Plans and Procedures

Design and document the V&V digital thread, ensuring end-to-end traceability from requirements to test evidence

Plan, manage, and execute system-level verification activities across the engineering lifecycle

Build and maintain strong relationships with engineering teams and external stakeholders

Develop a deep understanding of system capabilities, architecture, and requirements to inform effective verification strategies
