We are seeking a friendly, professional, and motivated Receptionist Administration Support Officer to join our team. Customer facing experience is required. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a genuine desire to learn.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administration, stakeholder engagement, meeting coordination, and event support, with full training and mentoring provided.

About the Role
As a Receptionist Administration Support Officer, you will be the welcoming face of our organisation, providing support to visitors, guests, and staff. You will help coordinate meetings and events, assist with day-to-day administration tasks, and contribute to creating a professional and positive experience for everyone who visits our workplace.

You may have the opportunity to interact with senior leaders, dignitaries, and international guests, making professionalism and confidence in dealing with people important qualities for success.

What You'll Be Doing

Greeting and assisting visitors and guests
Providing friendly and professional customer service
Supporting meeting and event coordination activities including catering
Assisting with meeting room bookings and setup
Managing enquiries and directing them appropriately
Providing general administrative support to the team
Maintaining records and office documentation
Helping ensure the office environment runs smoothly

About you:

You will ideally have:

Strong customer service skills
Microsoft office skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A professional and positive approach
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence interacting with a wide range of people including dignitaries
A willingness to learn and take initiative
The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

Experience in customer service, hospitality, reception, or administration would be highly beneficial.
