Hello Molly is a global fashion brand known for creating trend-driven styles and unforgettable brand moments. We’re looking for a creative, connected, and commercially minded PR and Community Partnerships Manager to help shape the next chapter of our brand story.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced fashion, understands culture and influence, and knows how to turn campaigns into conversations.

The PR and Community Partnerships Manager is at the heart of shaping and sharing Hello Molly's brand story. This role balances a traditional foundation of AU/NZ editor and media relationships with a modern, scrappy approach to brand growth. You will own and scale our Ambassador Program, focusing on micro-influencers, high-volume gifting, and low-budget/high-impact tactics, while pioneering organic brand-to-brand (B2B) collaborations and modern community development. Crucially, this role operates globally, working closely and cross-functionally with our US-based PR counterparts to ensure international brand alignment.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and Grow Our Ambassador Program

Own, manage and scale Hello Molly's Ambassador Program across Australia and New Zealand.
Develop high-volume gifting strategies that maximise organic reach and return on investment.
Identify emerging creators and build authentic long-term brand relationships.
Foster an engaged community of advocates who genuinely love and represent the brand.
Stay ahead of social, creator and cultural trends to uncover new opportunities.

Drive PR and Campaign Execution

Maintain and strengthen relationships with fashion, lifestyle and entertainment media.
Develop compelling PR strategies, press releases, media kits and brand stories.
Secure earned media coverage that elevates brand awareness and credibility.
Coordinate PR activity with campaign launches and marketing initiatives.
Ensure all PR assets align with Hello Molly's visual and brand standards.

Build Strategic Brand Partnerships

Identify and execute innovative brand-to-brand collaborations.
Develop mutually beneficial partnerships that expand audience reach and engagement.
Work alongside the Brand Director and CMO to align partnerships with broader business objectives.

Collaborate Globally

Partner closely with our US-based PR team to ensure global brand consistency.
Align ambassador initiatives, PR moments and campaign launches across markets.
Collaborate with local Creative, Marketing, Events, Product and Ecommerce teams to maximise impact.

Lead and Develop Your Team

Mentor and manage the PR Coordinator.
Provide guidance, coaching and support to ensure team success.
Drive efficient workflows and maintain high standards across all PR activity.

Measure Success

Track ambassador performance, gifting ROI, earned media value and campaign results.
Manage PR budgets effectively with a focus on high-impact, low-cost initiatives.
Use data and insights to continually optimise performance.

What You'll Be:

5+ years' experience in PR, influencer marketing, community management or related fields.
Proven success building or managing ambassador, creator or influencer programs at scale.
Strong network of fashion, lifestyle and media contacts across Australia and New Zealand.
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.
Highly organised with strong project management capabilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
