Be part of work that is shaping the future of the Dubbo region. In this role, you’ll contribute to major projects across the renewable energy zone and broader land development space supporting initiatives that are innovative, evolving and regionally significant.
You’ll work across a diverse mix of property matters, gaining exposure to complex, long-term projects that require curiosity, organisation and a willingness to learn. This is a role where you’ll build your capability while making a genuine contribution to work that has real impact.

You’ll make an impact by
Supporting major, future-focused projects across the renewable energy zone, land development and infrastructure space
Undertaking property transactions and investigations, including acquisitions, road closures, leases, licences and land dealings
Contributing to the drafting and negotiation of property agreements, contracts and tenure arrangement
Assisting with research, reporting and documentation to support Council decision-making and strategic outcomes
- Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
What you'll bring
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Certificate IV or relevant professional development/qualifications in business, property, property management, real estate or a related discipline with relevant experience.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
- Solid experience in a property-related field.
- High level organisational skills with demonstrated experience in managing multiple property-related files and adhering to deadlines.
- Highly developed planning and negotiation skills.
- Ability to set priorities and achieve project deadlines.
We would also love you to have:
- Diploma in a discipline associated with land economics or property management.
- Experience in preparation and coordination of property-related agreements (eg lease, licence, tenancy agreement, sale/ purchase contract, etc).

This position offers an attractive annual salary ranging from $78,184 to $90,862.
