What this job involves:
Due to an internal promotion, we have an opportunity for a Senior Facilities Manager to join our RESIpm team! In the role, you will work collaboratively within the Team across complex mixed use strata assets.

A snapshot of the role:
Liaise with multiple stakeholders across the property and ensure they are actively communicated with
Manage multiple buildings within the precinct
Ensure common property areas an Shared Facilities are kept in exceptional presentation
Provide superior levels of customer service
Opportunity for leadership role

Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for:
Experience in facilities management or building operations and or complex mixed use projects.
Trade background or an understanding of building construction trades and services will be highly regarded
Strong administrative skills focused on professionally written communication, highly organisation and close attention to detail
