What we’re looking for:
- Passion for cooking and food presentation
- Ability to work clean, organised, and hygienically at all times
- Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a fast-paced team
- Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Ability to remain calm and composed during busy service periods
- Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
- Friendly personality and ability to work well with colleagues
- Attention to detail and consistency in food quality
- Willingness to undertake all kitchen duties including prep, cleaning, and maintaining service areas
- 7-day availability preferred
