What's on offer?

Prepare and create Sales Estimates, Post Contract Variations and Fixed Price House & Land Packages. Ensure sales estimates meet building codes, energy efficiency requirements, developer guidelines and local authority requirements.

Some of the day-to-day responsibilities of the role, include:

Identify solutions to achieve customer’s design requests
Develop and maintain accurate calculation of site costs
Ensure margins meet company benchmarks
Provide quality, accurate, consistent and complete quotations and costings
Assess new sales for compliance with company standards and policies
Provide advice and clarification to stakeholders

What can you bring?

You will be passionate about furthering your career in the Residential Building industry and will have a proven ability in a similar Estimating position.

Your resume will display:

Previous sales estimating experience
Tertiary building and construction qualifications
A proven ability in reading and interpreting architectural working drawings, engineering, soil reports and specifications
An excellent understanding of residential construction methods
