Full Job Description

Kenny Constructions (Aust) Pty. Ltd. are a dynamic, mid-tier quality assured contractor with a proven track record in successfully delivering civil, structural and mine associated concrete packages since 1998. We specialise in formwork, steel-fixing and concrete placement and currently employ in excess of 200 professionals, skilled tradesmen and trade assistants.

Minimum Requirements

At least 3 years previous experience
Drivers Licence
Construction White Card
Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously

Recommended Requirements

AQF Certificate III

Duties & Responsibilities

Verifies vehicle serviceability by conducting test drives; adjusting controls and systems.
Complies with state vehicle requirements by testing engine, safety, and combustion control standards.
Maintains vehicle appearance by cleaning, washing, and painting.
Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs.
Keeps shop equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
Contains costs by using warranty; evaluating service and parts options.
Performing scheduled maintenance services, such as oil changes, lubrications and engine tune-ups, to achieve smoother running of vehicles and ensure compliance with pollution regulations
Reassembling engines and parts after being repaired
Testing and adjusting mechanical parts after being repaired for proper performance
Keeps supplies ready by inventorying stock; placing orders; verifying receipt.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.
Accomplishes maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Detecting and diagnosing faults in engines and parts
