Customer Service Agent – Cruise Terminal

Must be available to work the following dates:

25 May 2026
14 June 2026
24 June 2026
14 July 2026
3 August 2026
6 September 2026

Typical shift time: Role includes early start times of 0600 to late afternoon. Shift times may change due to the ship's operational requirements.

Location: Darwin Cruise Terminal, Australia

Business Sector: Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services

Contract Terms: Casual/Seasonal (hourly rate)

Intercruises Shoreside & Port Services are looking for Customer Service Agents to assist with cruise ship turnaround day on the above dates (turnaround is the day on which one cruise finishes, and the next one begins).

We provide services such as check-in, directional, meet & greet, wheelchair assistance, hotel hospitality desk service and airport meet & greet.

Our Customer Service Agents are the face of the cruise line and form the seamless link between land and ship. You’ll be part of a fun, fast-paced and vibrant work environment where no two days are the same.
