About you

You are a dynamic and innovative people person with a positive energy ready to lead your team to success. You will set a store precedent with extraordinary customer service and drive your team to provide the same customer experience through influential management.

Your responsibilities include:

Driving sales to achieve and exceed budget for your store.
Emphasizing technical, merchandising and sales techniques to grow sales within the store.
Focusing on store development and implementation of set activities for your store.
Communicating sales budgets to your team and refocusing as required.
Leading by example through all store procedures to ensure the store is managed effectively.
Providing training to and supporting development of your team members.
Identifying and managing areas of underperformance in store and working with your team and Area Manager to improve their skills.
Managing general store expenses, petty cash and expenditure.
Rostering and payroll approval responsibilities.

Experience Required

Previous store management experience in retail to lead your team to success.
A passion for electronics to enhance the customer experience .
Confident communication skills to support customers and team members appropriately.
Excellent time management skills and experience in dealing with multiple priorities.
A drive to succeed and grow within the business.
