In the role of Agile Program Manager you will join the Transaction Banking Transformation team to coordinate delivery across multiple agile squads within the HICAPS sub-domain, ensuring alignment to strategy, efficient execution, and continuous improvement.

Each day, you’ll go above and beyond to:

Orchestrate end-to-end delivery across multiple squads and product owners, ensuring alignment to HICAPS business priorities.
Manage backlog planning, prioritisation, and workflow to support strategic outcomes.
Oversee financials, forecasting, and capacity planning (i.e. resourcing, budgets, story points).
Identify and resolve cross-squad risks, dependencies, and blockers to keep delivery on track.
Be responsible for governance and the continuous improvement of Sub-Domain Processes, from identification to implementation and measurement.
Drive the 12–18-month roadmap of business outcomes and epics within your Sub-Domain aligned to the overarching Domain roadmap.

We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need:

Experience in large-scale delivery capability and program or portfolio leadership within complex environments, preferably in banking and financial services.
Experience working in agile at scale environment, with particular focus on hybrid and agile delivery models and contemporary ways of working.
Proven ability to manage multiple teams, priorities, and dependencies simultaneously.
Strong financial analysis and commercial acumen (i.e. forecasting, budgeting, capacity planning).
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across business and technology and product.
