What you’ll do
As a Civil Engineer, you’ll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.
- Deliver and support land development and infrastructure projects, including subdivision works (commercial and industrial)

Contribute to design, documentation, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams

Review and verify engineering designs to ensure quality and compliance standards are met

Work closely with engineers and drafters to produce high-quality outputs

Engage with clients and stakeholders to support project delivery from concept through to completion

Take on increasing responsibility in project leadership, mentoring, and team coordination, depending on your experience
What you’ll bring

Civil Engineer with with experience in land development / land infrastructure projects. Exposure to subdivision projects will be highly regarded

Strong technical capability in design, documentation, and coordination

Ability to work collaboratively across teams and contribute to project deliver

Client facing: be supported into a client leader role where you will be encouraged to both grow your network and deliver innovative solutions to best fit a client’s needs.

Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Project Management skills would be an advantage.

For more experienced candidates, RPEQ (or working towards it) is highly preferred.
