Job Description
Looking for a role where you can be the driving force behind a busy sales team?
Join us as a Sales & Administrative Support Coordinator and become the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From managing quotes to coordinating orders, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless customer experience across freight, customs, and logistics.
What you’ll be doing

Be at the heart of the sales journey, supporting everything from quote through to delivery

Prepare polished proposals, pricing, and key documentation

Keep orders moving smoothly and timelines on track

Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reporting

Work closely with clients and internal teams to keep communication flowing

Help coordinate meetings, events, and day-to-day sales support
What you’ll bring

Experience in sales support, administration, or customer service

Logistics or freight experience is a big plus

Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation

A proactive, positive, and hands-on approach

A collaborative mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
Qualifications

3+ years experience in a similar role is essential.

Experience in international freight, logistics, transport, or supply chain sectors is highly desirable.

Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand complex requirements and proposals.
