We are searching for a detail-focused and organised Export Documentation Coordinator to join our team in a part-time role based in Brisbane.

The Stockyard Group breed, raise and feed premium grain-fed Wagyu and Angus cattle from our properties located at Jondaryan, on the Darling Downs QLD and at Glen Innes, on the Northern Tablelands of NSW. This role plays a key part in supporting our export and domestic shipments - ensuring documentation is accurate, compliant and delivered on time. You’ll work closely with internal teams, customers and logistics partners to keep everything moving smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Preparing and processing export and domestic documentation (invoices, packing lists, certificates etc.)
Reviewing shipment details to ensure accuracy across systems and documents
Coordinating with processors, freight forwarders, shipping lines and government bodies
Ensuring documentation meets regulatory, customer and internal requirements
Managing freight invoices and resolving any discrepancies
Maintaining organised records to support audits and customer requests
Supporting shipment coordination, order entry and general logistics activities
Assisting with sales support and general office administration as required

skills & Qualifications

We’re looking for:

Experience in export documentation, logistics or supply chain (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
Confident communication skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)

Experience in agribusiness, food production or exports will be highly regarded but not essential.
