Full Job Description

Hopscotch Kitchen Bar is a well-established Cairns restaurant operating successfully for over five years. We specialise in Italian-style cuisine alongside a diverse modern menu. We pride ourselves on quality food, strong service, and a positive team environment.

We are seeking an experienced Chef to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard
Assist with menu planning and daily specials
Maintain food quality and presentation
Ensure food safety and hygiene compliance
Supervise and support kitchen staff
Assist with stock control and ordering
Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Chef
Relevant qualifications preferred
Strong knowledge of food safety practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
Good communication and leadership skills
Location: 532 Mulgrave Road, Earlville QLD
