Full Job Description

Experience of Working with children is a must.

At Accessco, we are looking for dedicated and empathetic individuals to support our clients across Melbourne. As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll work independently in the community and in clients’ homes, while being part of a caring and supportive team committed to delivering outstanding support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver personal care and support with activities of daily living
- Assist with meal preparation and light domestic duties
- Facilitate transportation to medical appointments and social engagements
- Support participation in community-based activities and the development of social connections

About You

We welcome applications from individuals of diverse backgrounds, whether you bring prior experience in disability support or are seeking to begin a meaningful career in the sector. Requirements

Criminal History Check (compulsory)
Working With Children Check (compulsory)
Current Australian Driver’s Licence and vehicle with comprehensive insurance (only applicable to providing transport assistance)
Computer literacy
People from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply (Languages preferred include Amharic, Khmer ).
